India is the world's largest producer and consumer of milk. Throughout the world, there are more than 6 billion consumers of milk and milk products. But, still the consumer have not any tool or equipment to detect the quality of milk.
In few places the quality is very poor. For example, I belong to Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. And, if you see the milk quality of Jabalpur, you can find out that a lot of adulterants are mixed in the milk. So, government should take action to all those dairy responsible for adulteration.

India is one of the largest milk producing country in all over the world. But, India is not exporting the milk product because of a large gape between supply and demand. But, still the quality of milk in India is very poor. As per an estimates their are more than 120 million cows and buffaloes in India. But, the dairy industry in India is not systematic and organised. As well as, the quality of milk is also very poor.

In India, for earning more profit, adulterants are added to milk. Some common adulterants are Table Sugar, Starch, Acid, Formalin, Soap etc..
